Hi - thanks for your comment! While I agree with you that it's important for social networks to allow users to express themselves, I think you'll also find that a lot of users who like Facebook like the fact that unlike MySpace, on Facebook you can't create pages with horrid backgrounds and glittery huge images that make the eyes sore...a lot of Facebook users demand that balance.
